Systems
We install single split and multi-split systems for smaller premises, and VRF (variable refrigerant flow) systems for larger buildings where many rooms need individual control from one efficient system. We work with leading manufacturers including Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and Midea, and choose equipment for reliability and running cost, not just purchase price.

How a commercial project runs
- Site survey. Our engineers visit to understand the building, how each space is used, occupancy, heat sources and access. The survey is free.
- Design and quotation. You get a clear proposal covering system type, unit positions, pipe and condensate routes, electrical requirements and a fixed price.
- Installation. We handle pipework, electrical integration and commissioning, and plan the work around your trading hours to keep disruption low.
- Handover. Controls set up, staff shown how to use them, and documentation and F-Gas records provided.
Maintenance contracts
Commercial systems usually need servicing every six months, depending on how hard they work. Our planned maintenance contracts keep systems efficient, help you meet your F-Gas record-keeping duties and reduce the risk of breakdowns at the worst possible moment. We also carry out repairs and fault finding on existing systems, including ones we didn’t install. See servicing.
Refrigeration too
If your business also needs chilled or frozen storage, we design and install cold rooms and commercial refrigeration, so one firm can look after both.
VAT
Commercial installations are charged VAT at the standard rate. Your quotation will show VAT clearly.
