Newmarket is unlike any other town we cover. Alongside ordinary family homes, there are training yards, stud farms and large country houses, each with their own needs.

• Town houses and terraces off the High Street and Old Station Road, often Victorian, with tight rear access.
• Newer estates in Exning, Red Lodge and Kentford, which can often be priced from a free virtual survey.
• Stud and yard properties on the outskirts towards Cheveley and Moulton: staff accommodation, offices and tack or feed rooms that get hot in summer. Outdoor units need careful siting away from horses and stable blocks, so we’ll talk that through on site.
• Conservation areas. The town centre and parts of Exning and Moulton are conservation areas, with many listed buildings. Newmarket and the Suffolk villages are covered by West Suffolk Council, while Cheveley and Dullingham fall under East Cambridgeshire District Council. We’ll advise on whether consent is likely; you or your agent apply.

Our single-room domestic installs start from £1,300 (prices). Large rural properties off mains gas are often good candidates for air source heat pumps; we fit air-to-air and air-to-water, and our plumbing partner handles the water side on air-to-water installs. Ongoing servicing through the Comfort Club is £14.99 per unit each month.
