Option 1: free in-person survey

Our engineers visit your home or business, measure up, check walls, access and power, and talk through where the indoor and outdoor units could go. If your building is listed or in a conservation area, we’ll advise on anything that might need planning permission or listed building consent. You’ll then receive a clear, fixed quote.

Best for: multi-room systems, commercial premises, heat pumps, cold rooms, and older or listed buildings.

Option 2: free virtual survey

Prefer not to wait for a visit? Book a video call. You show us the room and where the outdoor unit could go, we ask the right questions, and we prepare a personalised quote without a site visit.

Best for: single-room home installations where access is straightforward.

Already have air conditioning?

  • Servicing: book a service (from £179 inc VAT for one indoor unit)
  • Repairs: book a repair visit. Repairs are scheduled appointments, Monday to Friday; we don’t offer emergency call-outs.

What to have ready

  • Your postcode
  • Which rooms you’re interested in, and roughly how big they are
  • Photos of the room and the outside wall, if you have them (handy for virtual surveys)
  • Whether the property is listed or in a conservation area, if you know
