We’re based in Lavenham, in the middle of Suffolk, and work outwards from there across East Anglia. If your postcode isn’t listed, it’s still worth asking.
Working from one place in the middle of the region means we’re rarely more than an hour from a job — which matters as much for the return visit and the annual service as it does for the installation.
It also means we know the local building stock. Suffolk has a great deal of timber-framed, listed and conservation-area property, and those jobs need planning before anyone turns up with a core drill.
Coverage is about drive time, not county lines. Call or email with your postcode and we’ll tell you straight away — including whether there’s any travel cost involved.
Suffolk is our core patch, and we regularly work across the border into Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
Timber frames, lath and plaster, and walls you can’t simply core through. These jobs are doable, but the route and the unit position need agreeing first — and sometimes consent.
Where the condenser can go is often the whole question. We’ll look at the elevation and find a position that works technically and won’t cause a problem with the council.
Two of the most common jobs we’re called to. Both tend to overheat badly in summer and cost a fortune to heat in winter — a heat pump fixes both ends of that.
Tell the survey tool where you are and what the room’s like, and it’ll give you a fixed, itemised quote.
