When to call rather than click

• Awkward jobs. Long pipe runs, thick walls, listed buildings, restricted outdoor space.
• Commercial enquiries. Shops, salons, surgeries, offices and server rooms are quoted individually.
• Several rooms at once. Multi-split combinations need checking against the outdoor unit’s capacity.
• Anything urgent. A fault, a leak or a system that’s stopped.
