Every price includes the unit, the outdoor condenser, the pipework, the installation and the commissioning. There is no separate labour charge to find later.
One indoor unit high on the wall, one condenser outside. The standard choice for a bedroom, living room, office or loft conversion — and what most of our work is. Typically 2.0kW to 7.1kW, usually a one-day install.
Several indoor units sharing one outdoor condenser. Better when wall or garden space is tight outside. The whole combination has to be checked against the outdoor unit’s capacity — our survey tool does that automatically.
Recessed into a suspended ceiling, blowing in four directions. Common in shops, salons, surgeries and open-plan offices. Needs sufficient ceiling void depth, so it is worth a call before you plan around it.
Sits at low level like a radiator. The answer for rooms with full-height glazing, low ceilings, or walls that cannot take a high-level unit — including some listed and period properties.
These are our standard supply-and-install prices for a single room. The right output depends on the room’s size, glazing and aspect — the survey tool works that out and won’t offer you anything undersized.

An annual service isn’t just good practice — it is the condition your 5-year product warranty depends on. Skip it and the manufacturer can decline a claim.
Commercial work is quoted individually — sizing depends on occupancy, equipment load and hours of use, not just floor area.
The survey takes about five minutes and gives you an itemised quote that holds for 90 days.
